ご予約方法How to Book

ご予約は、英語対応のオンライン予約システム「Square（スクエア）」またはお電話、メールにて承ります。ただし、チャーターのみ料金の20％の事前決済が必要です。 Reservations can be made through the English-language online reservation system "Square," or by phone or email. However, for charters only, a 20% advance payment is required.

ご予約の流れBooking Steps

1. 「オンラインで予約する」ボタンをクリックClick the “Reserve Online” button below

2. ご希望のプランを選択（例：神戸市内4時間プラン／伊丹空港5時間プランなど）Choose your plan (e.g. 4-hour Kobe City Tour, 5-hour Itami Plan, etc.)

3. 日時を選択Select your date and time

4. お名前・宿泊先・人数・車椅子の有無などを入力Enter your details (name, hotel, number of guests, wheelchair use, etc.)

お支払い方法Payment

• お支払いは現金、クレジットカード、QRコード決済が可能です。Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or QR code.

• チャーターの事前決済(20％)はクレジットカード支払いのみになります。差額は現地でクレジットカード、QRコード決済、現金で支払い可能です。Advance charter payment (20%) must be made by credit card only. The remaining fare can be paid on site by credit card, QR code payment, or cash.

• 現金支払いはお釣りのないようご協力お願い致します。Please cooperate by providing exact change for cash payments.

予約受付期間についてReservation Timing

• チャーター予約は1ヶ月前までにお願いします。通常予約はいつでも対応します。Charter reservations must be made at least one month in advance. Regular reservations can be made at any time.

• 急なご予約も、空き状況により可能な限り対応いたしますLast-minute requests are possible depending on availability
